An instructional and live surgery course for ENT and ophthalmology trainees.
This unique one-day course features live-streamed surgery and offers a rare opportunity for both ENT and oculoplastic trainees to learn together and gain skills in lacrimal surgery.
Course Overview
Course topics include:
anatomy and physiology of the lacrimal system
clinical assessment of the lacrimal system
basic steps and surgical techniques for both endoscopic and external DCR surgery, including live-streamed surgery
live-streamed surgery – surgical steps for Lester Jones drainage surgery
special cases: Concha Bullosa and Septal deviation
