This one day course aims to refresh the patient management skills of clinicians as well as to introduce the OTOsuite software platform. Building patient relationships and managing their expectations in this way helps promote improved quality and efficiency throughout the patient journey.
The morning will include psychosocial aspects of hearing loss and counselling techniques. This will lead on to investigating the impact and benefit of hearing aids, their features and ways in which these can be verified and measured.
The second part of the day will work through the different applications of the patient journey with a special focus on assessment and fitting techniques within the OTOsuite software. An opportunity for hands-on experience will be facilitated.
