Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is critical and endemic in Turkey and the rest of the Middle East. There are multiple completed and ongoing studies on NPC in Turkey. We will be hosting a series of speakers as well as oral and poster presentations as a part of the symposium. Among the subjects that will be discussed, genetic aspects, epidemiologic features, EBV association, treatment, and new therapeutic will be focused on in great detail. Istanbul is a charming, vibrant city and was the capital of the three empires: the Roman Empire, the Byzantine Empire, and the Ottoman Empire.
