The course is designed for surgical trainees in Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Maxillofacial Surgery, Neurosurgery and Cardiothoracic surgery to gain knowledge of and practical skills in microsurgery. The course structure enables maximum hands-on experience under the supervision of a highly knowledgeable and experienced faculty. Each participant will have a separate table equipped with operating microscope, micro instruments and sutures to operate on simulation and porcine models. This allows the supervised acquisition and independent practice of microsurgical techniques.
