We are delighted to invite you to the inaugural Rehabilitation Conference for Hearing Impairment on the 19th June 2020 in Leeds. The conference will focus entirely on rehabilitation and will have dedicated sessions for those working with adults and those working with children, together with joint sessions appropriate for both groups.
The theme of the conference for the paediatric delegates is early amplification and language development together with parental engagement. The adult delegates will have presentations and discussions including assessing and supporting pre-lingual adults and older adults, general caseload management and patient activation.
You are invited to submit poster abstracts on the topics of rehabilitation strategies, patient engagement, remote therapy/care, developing cognition and auditory pathways, pre-lingual adults, older adults and best practice.
WORKSHOPS FOR PAEDIATRIC DELEGATES ONLY
Please register for the workshops that you would like to attend in the afternoon. Choose one workshop from session 1 and one workshop from session 2.
Delegates working with adults will not be involved with workshops but have presentations and discussions within their designated session in the afternoon.
