It’s our pleasure to invite you again to the forth coming 3rd AIEES & Temporal Bone Dissection at the historic city of Hyderabad, the “Pearl city”. As you all know with the advent of Endoscope the way we practice Rhinology has seen a tremendous change and refinement in the last 2 decades. We foresee a similar revolutionary change in treating Ear diseases in the near future with the help of the endoscope. The minimally invasive, scarless surgical procedures are surely but definitely gaining the ground in otological practice and we want to expose the junior faculty members and our post graduates to this exciting new development. At the same time microsurgical exposure also is planned as we feel that, this skill too is necessary to the otologist of the future.
