The use of reconstructive principles in the oncological surgical treatment of head and neck cancer has become a common practice in otorhinolaryngology, maxillo-facial and plastic surgery.
The difficulties of this kind of surgery are related not only to flaps dissection technique, but especially to their shaping, based on the surgical oncological defect.
The aims of this course are to teach surgical resections, flaps harvesting, modelling and their insetting.
