The full programme for this afternoon meeting will be available soon.

Seth Pransky Chair of Paediatric ENT in San Diego will look at the challenges we face educating the next generation. The old apprenticeship system invested a lot of time, which has been eroded by shift work and reduced hours. Students now learn in a different way with information technology at the heart of everything.  How does this affect the next generation of ENT surgeons?

Intracapsular tonsillectomy is being increasingly adopted with the aim of reduced postoperative morbidity but is there evidence to support this?

Please note that delegates will now need to book separately for the Otology Section session if planning to attend for the whole day.
