We’re really excited by the programme we have lined up for delegates to our annual Congress which takes place on May 15th and 16th 2015 at the fabulous Telford International Centre.   We’ve got some internationally renowned speakers covering a wide range of topics, the UK’s biggest trade exhibition for independent hearingTelford International Centre  care professionals, great opportunities for networking and for socialising too.

Come and hear from Louise Hickson, Professor of Audiology at the University of Queensland, in Australia; from Dr Karolina Kluk, of Manchester University, from Dr David Baguley, of Cambridge University, one the country’s leading experts on tinnitus and from Gavin Ingham, internationally renowned  for his motivational sales presentations.

London ENT specialist Dr Simon Gane will speak on unusual features you may encounter during an aural examination; Mark Laureyns, President of the European Association of Hearing Aid Professionals will explain the European perspective and Anne Davies, Head of Audiology at a North-east hospital will explain her research into wireless technologies.

The modern Telford International Centre is a perfect place for a conference with two hotels on site (with special rates for delegates), lots of free car parking and located literally a few minutes from Telford town centre. £250 million has been spent there recently to develop a pedestrianised cosmopolitan Convention Quarter where you will find more hotels, restaurants, indoor shopping, a bowling alley, cinema,  and one of the largest town parks in the UK.

Getting to Telford couldn’t be easier.  By air, the nearest airport is Birmingham International which connects to the town via a direct rail service. By rail there are regular services to Birmingham New Street for connections to intercity services, and by road the M54 motorway is connected by dual carriageway right to the door.
